Coding Club is back! Chester County Library invites youth ages 9-13 to join our Virtual Coding Club! This club will be hosted via Google Meet and participants will be learning to code their own video games. Our first meeting is on February 15, 2022 at 4 p.m.. Meetings will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. To register, please contact the Chester County Main Library at 803-377-8145.
March’s book for the Chester Main Teen Book Club is “Ghost Boys” by Jewell Parker Rhodes. The Chester Main Teen Book Club is for 6th to 9th graders interested in joining a group of their peers in reading and discussing a book monthly. This book club meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Anyone interested in joining the Chester Main Teen Book Club is invited to join us during the meetings in person or virtually. Those wishing to join virtually should contact the Main Library at 803-377-8145.
March’s books for the Lewisville Community Library Teen Book Club are “New Kid” and "Class Act" by Jerry Craft. The Lewisville Community Library Teen Book Club is for 5th to 8th graders interested in joining a group of their peers in reading and discussing a book monthly. This book club meets on the 4th Thursday of each month. Anyone interested in joining the Lewisville Community Library Teen Book Club is invited to join us during the meetings in person. All of the Chester County Libraries will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. The libraries will reopen under their current hours on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
